Ever get that feeling...

Good evening! Man it feels good to be on time.

I used to go on hikes and walks in the woods with my dad all the time when I was a little kid, and I even learned orienteering and stuff when I was in girl scouts. Nowadays though, I don't have any sort of sense of direction worth speaking of. Me in a forest is kind of laughable, though I still really like going camping.

There's just something about smelling like a terrible campfire and washing it all off in the shower afterwards that's vaguely satisfying, you know?

I don't think I'd manage to not freak out though, parachuting into an uncharted forest. You ever have that weird feeling like you're being watched?

Laaaate.

Yeeeaaaah... I know, I'm late. It's my first time being this late! But I swear I have a good reason! I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago and I've been dealing with everything ever since then. But here, it's still technically Tuesday, so maybe it's not completely late?

Hey guys, sorry I'm late. (By half an hour!!) I only had a couple of days to finish the comic this week 'cause of some personal crap I had to deal with.

Not much to say this week. Except I'm trying to redesign the airship from way back when, and I spent an hour and a half cringing and looking at pictures of spiders on Google Image Search.

Oooh, just look at this shiny new character. He comes complete with his own drama hook and tragic backstory! What could be the nature of this relationship? What is this shadowy thingamajigger that threatens them? And what, perchance, is this guy going to do about it? We'll just have to see!

I finally got a new computer! Wooo! Here's hoping I can transfer my Photoshop from old comp to new comp without any problems. :I If all else fails, I got a copy of Elements with my new tablet, so that could suffice for now...!

On a real-life note, everybody who got smacked with the blizzard, I hope you stay safe! Where I live didn't get hit too hard, so life is going on as normal, but to everyone who's out on the east coast I hope that you're doing fine and staying warm and staying off the roads!

Graphics card is still dead, but hopefully I'll have a new computer sooner than later. (Please oh please oh please!) I just don't know where the money goes these days, you know? Ah well, there are a lot of people who have it worse off than I do!

Making a break for it!

I've really got to stop taking so much time on these things! I swear I finished this one with an hour and a half to spare, jeez. Hahahaha, one day I'll figure out how to do them quickly. This time the thing that slowed me up the most was... well, I'm not sure whether it was the backgrounds or the dynamic angles I tried to put into the frames. But hey, the harder I make it on myself now, the better experience it will be for later!

Any self-respecting evil mastermind's flying armada has got to have a standard reactor room in each flagship! It's required. Catwalks and all.

It's so snowy outside. I heard the midwest is going to get buried, so everybody be careful out there!
